Hi! I'm Melanie Snyder, a Health Educator, Certified Integrative Health Coach, and AIP Certified Coach living in West Palm Beach, FL. After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and struggling with infertility, I began a journey of learning about autoimmune disease, inflammation, and how I could support my body and immune system through nutrition and lifestyle choices to help manage my autoimmune disease.

Navigating through autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammation can be tricky, overwhelming, complex, and empowering. I started Melanie Snyder Wellness to share what I have learned along my journey and continue to discover today to equip people with the skills and tools needed to become their own advocates and take charge of their health.
